Elyana Tarlow
Ms. Tarlow’s practice for Bodie Nagle is concentrated in the areas of business and corporate law. She has particular experience in real estate development, asset-based and real estate lending, financing of business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financial regulation. She has provided counsel to multinational corporations undertaking complex transactions in a highly regulated environment and to small and large businesses on legal issues related to heavy manufacturing, federal contracts, financial institutions, and real estate development.
Ms. Tarlow has served as in-house counsel to financial institutions and to Fortune 300 companies, for whom she developed compliance programs, ethics training, and loan documentation procedures for financial institutions. She also has served her community as a board member for charitable institutions providing support to the arts and to families.
Ms. Tarlow is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, and she is admitted to practice in state and federal courts. Ms. Tarlow is a graduate of Temple University (B.A., economics) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1984), which has honored her for her contributions as a volunteer.
