Christopher M. McNally

Mr. McNally joined Bodie Nagle with experience in complex litigation and the defense of long-term care institutions, nurses, and other medical professionals. Mr. McNally also concentrates his practice in lead paint/toxic tort defense. Mr. McNally served as law clerk for Hon. John Carroll Byrnes in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, and he began his practice as an associate with Eccleston and Wolf, P.C. concentrating in the defense of attorneys and long-term care providers in professional/health care malpractice litigation.

Mr. McNally is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Health Facilities Association of Maryland (HFAM). Mr. McNally is a frequent lecturer to the long-term care profession and insurance industry and has conducted numerous seminars in the areas of nursing home and lead paint litigation and defense. Mr. McNally is also an extremely active volunteer with several nonprofit organizations the Alumni Board of Franklin and Marshall College and the Board of Trustees of the Baltimore Streetcar Museum.

Mr. McNally is admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland (1999) and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland (2000). Mr. McNally graduated with honors from Franklin and Marshall College (1996) and the University of Baltimore School of Law Cum Laude (2000). Mr. McNally is a member of the Metropolitan "Who's Who" registry.
